I can confidently say that after the latest test days in Barcelona the team and I are definitely heading in the right direction.
Over the two days, Tuesday and Wednesday, we were able to try various technical configurations on both of the team’s reference cars while still managing to record consistent top-five times. After two 4th bests on the first day, I recorded the second best time in the Wednesday morning session (fitting one less set of new tyres than most drivers), before calling it day in the afternoon due to the excessive rain (and the red flags shown as a result of the far too numerous accidents).
I’m now looking forward with even greater confidence to the next test session at Silverstone. Like Barcelona, I know the English track, although in my opinion it's a much trickier and more complicated proposition. I’ll be doing my best to be up amongst the leaders again, but in the meantime I’d just like to compliment Jenzer Motor on the great job they’re doing.
